The Eighth Annual Tykes & Teens “Festival of Trees and Lights” was held at the Flagler Center in Stuart, featuring more than 50 holiday trees and wreaths decorated and donated by local businesses, civic groups and individuals. The week-long festival, which more than doubled last year’s proceeds, included a VIP cocktail party and silent auction, a Ladies’ Night, and breakfast and photos with Santa.
