PALM CITY COUNTRY PICNIC AND FESTIVAL

Nearly 500 people stopped by the home of the rescued horses at the Equine Rescue and Adoption Foundation, who teamed up with the Palm City Farms Trail Association to host an open house and fundraiser for both organizations. Guests enjoyed a barbecue, auctions, a variety of demonstrations in the arena and performances from local entertainment.

Palm cove women’s club ‘sip & shop’

Holiday shoppers visited the Palm Cove Clubhouse to stock up on beautiful items like home decor, jewelry, artwork and a variety of other items while sipping wine and enjoying some tasty treats. More than 25 beautiful baskets filled with food, wine and gift cards were raffled, raising nearly $10,000 to support the "4 Cs"—Caring Children, Clothing Children.

Two hundred guests attended the tournament kickoff dinner party with legendary golfers and other celebrity athletes at The Club at Admirals Cove. Attendees bid on silent auction items as they sipped cocktails and mingled among the “stars” to raise more than $50,000 in funds for children affected by cancer and other life-altering or life-threatening illnesses.

Hall-Tompkins was joined by her three-piece musical ensemble comprised of her Fiddler colleagues.

Festival Of Trees And Lights

The Eighth Annual Tykes & Teens “Festival of Trees and Lights” was held at the Flagler Center in Stuart, featuring more than 50 holiday trees and wreaths decorated and donated by local businesses, civic groups and individuals. The week-long festival, which more than doubled last year's proceeds, included a VIP cocktail party and silent auction, a Ladies' Night, and breakfast and photos with Santa.

Equine Rescue and Caring Children Clothing Children joined forces to host the Derby Day celebration “Run for the Roses” at Equine Rescue and Adoption Foundation. The event raised nearly $8,000 to support the free clothing and literacy programs and the horses for each respective organization.

“Return to Paradise Casino Night” was a fabulous island adventure held at Mariner Sands Country Club. Guests were greeted by youth steel drum band the Chobee Steelers and enjoyed a gourmet dinner, casino and prizes, plus dancing to live music. All proceeds directly impact and help change the lives of abused children served by Hibiscus Children’s Center.
