Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast ‘Glitter & Glam’ Gala

The Children's Museum of the Treasure Coast hosted its inaugural gala themed a “Night at the Oscars” at Harbour Ridge Yacht and Country Club. In total, proceeds from the evening topped $100,000 with the Huizenga Family Foundation donating $20,000 to match its initial $20,000 gift.

Women’s Appreciation and Networking Social

Impact 100 Grant awards

Impact 100 Martin's 151 members voted to select the Education Foundation of Martin County as its $100,000 Impact Grant recipient at the collective giving organization's second annual Grant Awards Celebration at Piper's Landing Yacht & Country Club.

VNA of Florida Golf Tournament

The 26th annual golf tournament and auction took place at Willoughby Golf Club and raised more than $80,000. The two-part event included a cocktail reception, a live and silent auction and a call to action in support of the Florence Nightingale Express, a 38-foot mobile medical clinic.

Hobe Sound Nature Center Benefit

Hobe Sound Nature Center's “Whatever the Weather: Jim Cantore Has It Covered” benefit took place at the Jupiter Island Club's Golf House to raise funding for the Nature Center's programs, operating expenses and scholarships for school children for attending our programs.

United States Sailing Center Ports of Call Gala

Supporters attended a fundraiser benefiting the USSCMC held at the Frances Langford Dockside Pavilion. Guests enjoyed cocktails, dinner and a live auction.

Craig Ahal took the top honors winning both “Best Dish” and the title of “Top Chef Martin County 2019” during the third annual chef competition benefiting House of Hope sizzled at its new venue at the District Table & Bar.

‘Dress for Success in the Tropics’ Fashion Show

A group of 75 women came together for the inaugural Women's Council of Realtors Stuart-Martin Chapter “Dress for Success in the Tropics” fashion show. Taking place at Yacht & Country Club Clubhouse in Stuart, the event featured lunch, shopping, networking and fashions with proceeds benefitting Safe Space of the Treasure Coast.

Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County Leadership Dinner

The Economic Development Council of St. Lucie County presented Tammy Roncaglione, community president for CenterState Bank, with the Pete Hegener Leadership Award during the leadership dinner. The award is presented annually to a dedicated business leader who has made significant contributions to St. Lucie County's economy and quality of life. The celebration welcomed more than 200 guests at Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club.

Women of Distinction Awards

The Soroptimist International of Stuart honored four deserving women for their dedication and outstanding contributions in Martin County during a ceremony at Mariner Sands. Those honored include Jay Sharpe, Glenna Parris, Heidi Monsour and Nicole Daly.

New Horizons ‘Flamingle’

Board Director Mary Baysinger hosted New Horizons of the Treasure Coast and Okeechobee's “Flamingle” at her waterfront home in Palm City for a meet-and-mingle with friends and neighbors interested in learning more about the organization. Some 50 guests met the newly appointed CEO of New Horizons, George Shopland, as well as Congressman Brian Mast and State Representative Toby Overdorf.

Members of the arts, real estate and professional communities gathered to celebrate another successful Arts Council of Martin County Arts Fest Weekend with a pop-up gallery and DJ.

Junior League of Martin County Lunafest

The Junior League of Martin County hosted LUNAFEST at Flagler Place, raising more than $19,000. Guests enjoyed a lively cocktail reception and silent auction before watching eight short films told by female filmmakers.

The Chamber's President's Council and trustees enjoyed a “graze table” breakfast by DeLITEful Kitchen at a mixer at Payson Park. Speakers Larry Kelly and Heather Bender discussed the equestrian industry in Martin County and how residents can foster its growth.

Community Foundation Anniversary Celebration

The Community Foundation Martin-St. Lucie honored its founder, Bud Jordan, at an anniversary celebration for the organization held at the Elliott Museum in Stuart. More than 100 area dignitaries, residents, friends and family members gathered to pay tribute to Bud and his wife, Marjie, for their contributions to Martin County's renowned quality of life.

The Arts Council of Martin County ‘On View’ Opener

“On View” showcased the works of South Florida artists Tina Kraft, Rick Eggert, Jane Saull, Nina Davidowitz and Gail McCarthy. Attendees viewed the exhibition curated by Roni Rottner and Jane Kiehart with the artists competing in different mediums.

BGCMC Distinguished Speaker Luncheon

Boys and Girls Clubs of Martin County welcomed American Vietnam War veteran and former heart surgeon, Toby Cosgrove, M.D., as the keynote speaker for the 2019 Distinguished Speaker Series Luncheon. The former CEO and president of Cleveland Clinic spoke to guests during a reception at Sailfish Point Country Club.

Founding Friends Of Treasure Coast Hospice ‘Island Fever’

Guests enjoyed a Caribbean-style evening of food and dancing to the music of renowned Beach Boys tribute band, Good Vibrations, at Harbour Ridge Yacht and Country Club. The event raised more than $116,000 to benefit youth and family.

Catch The Wave Of Hope Luncheon

Supporters attended the Catch the Wave of Hope Luncheon at Kyle G's Prime & Seafood, which featured two guest speakers who spoke about their experiences with human trafficking. The luncheon raised nearly $16,000 that will help build a home for trafficked girls in Martin County.

Molly’s House Polo Classic

The popular annual Polo Classic benefiting Molly's House returned to the Port Mayaca Polo Club. Guests enjoyed a day of competition and fun, including a polo clinic, the best hat contest, a dressage presentation, a special VIP party, a car show and the traditional halftime Champagne divot stomp.
