Tips for staying true to the cleanse.

Tips for staying true to the cleanse. Edit Delete Unpublish Submitted by admin on Mon, 2015-03-02 09:47 Cleanse Dos: Take advantage of nutritional consultations prior to the cleanse. Eat light, vegan foods before and after your cleanse to ease in and out of the cleanse. Avoid gluten and processed foods. Only choose organic food and juices, otherwise you will be putting toxins and pesticides back into your body. If you are very hungry, have a green apple or a handful of organic hemp seeds. Remember you are doing this cleanse because you love your body, so listen to it.Read more about Tips for staying true to the cleanse.

A Detox Challenge

A Detox Challenge Edit Delete Unpublish Submitted by admin on Mon, 2015-03-02 09:47 What it is: The Oakland Park-based company, DL Revamp, offered me its five-day “reset” cleanse. It comes with juices, salads, snacks and more, plus an Amp It Up Kit to prep for the cleanse. The company offers three- to 10-day plans meant for everyone from beginners to avid cleansers. The detox isn’t “juicing.” (Thank goodness for chewing.) Instead, the cleanse offers organic, plant-based foods, and bridges the gap between traditional foods and liquid cleanses. I said, “Sign me up.”Read more about A Detox Challenge
