Philanthropic foodies are in luck. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach & Martin Counties’ annual fundraiser, The Big Taste of Martin County, returns October 11, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. This year’s event theme is Giving Kids a Brighter Future.

The food-forward event will take over Atlantic Aviation in Stuart and will serve up bites and sips from local restaurants, craft breweries, and more, all for a good cause. Guests will indulge in delicious appetizers, main dishes, and desserts from 20 local eateries, including Hudson’s on the River, The Hanger, and Kork, to Kyle G’s, Conchy Joe’s Seafood, The Dolphin Bar & Shrimp House, and Ellie’s Downtown Deli. Craft breweries like Hop Life, Islamorada Beer Co. & Sailfish Brewing Co., and Motorworks Brewing Co. will also be on-site to pour craft beers all night long.

While they savor the evening’s menu items, guests will also have a chance to win fabulous prizes in the raffle. Additionally, the event’s online auction is open October 3-11, featuring incredible trips and experiences.

Pre-sale tickets are $55 before September 15. After this date, general admission tickets will be $60, and $70 at the door. Reserved VIP tables will also be available for $400. VIP tables include exclusive early access for four guests to a VIP Party with catered tastings from 5-6 p.m., a reserved table with four chairs, two drinks tickets, bonus raffle items, and a gift bag.
