The Pine School in Hobe Sound kicked off the new year with its 14th Annual 100 Years of Cars Car Show, held at the sprawling 174-acre campus on January 16, 2021. One thousand guests were treated to an exhibition of more than 150 classic cars, with proceeds from the event benefitting The Pine School’s Patriot Scholarship, a full-tuition high school scholarship for the children of active duty or veteran military personnel.

The festivities began with a welcome message from Head of School Binney Caffrey and the National Anthem sung by Pine School senior and Patriot Scholarship recipient Solana Rudnitsky. The event’s planning committee worked tirelessly to make the event happen with support from event sponsors, the Martin County Sheriff’s Department, and event volunteers.

“The positive response to the Car Show has been overwhelming – especially in regard to how we had everything in place to host the show in a safe and responsible manner,” said Director of Development John Boyer. “I am hopeful that momentum carries into next year when we host 100 Years of Cars for the fifteenth year.”

The school will host the fifteenth iteration of 100 Years of Cars Car Show on January 15, 2022.
