The Arts Council of Martin County has fostered young artists for decades—30 years in fact. The Marvin S. Cone High School Juried Art Show is an annual event at the Court House Cultural Center. The 2016 exhibition featured more than 50 high school artists and represented all five high schools in Martin County. Awards were given to students for artistic merit with some of the artwork purchased by community partners to build their collection of art.
