The City of Stuart launched an Art in Public Places program as part of the Centennial Celebration. The inaugural project, called the “Florida Water Birds” collection, includes six Water Birds created by internationally known sculptor and Stuart resident Geoffrey Smith. The art will be placed along Colorado Avenue. The mission of Art in Public Places is to enhance the quality of the visual environment in the Martin County community.
