The Environmental Studies Council hosted a fundraising luncheon and auction at Monarch Country Club, featuring distinguished speaker and scientist Dr. Derek Burkholder of the Guy Harvey Institute and Nova Southeastern University. The luncheon celebrated the much-loved Environmental Studies Center. Proceeds support the many programs the organization offers and more.
