The Library Foundation of Martin County honored Helen Blake as the 2018 recipient of the Kiplinger Literacy Award during its luncheon at Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club in Palm City.
The luncheon featured Knight Kiplinger as the keynote speaker and provided attendees with some of his well-informed perspectives on finance and politics.
