During the eighth annual Kiplinger Literacy Award Luncheon Noreen Fisher, president of The Library Foundation of Martin County, presented the 2016 Kiplinger Literacy Award to Olene Stuart for her many years of service furthering the important mission of literacy. Continuing tradition, Knight Kiplinger, editor-in-chief of Kiplinger Publications, presented the keynote speech.
