The second annual Top Chef event benefiting House of Hope welcomed a packed audience who cheered on cooking competitors while enjoying music and dancing, gourmet tasting stations, boutique shopping and raffle prizes. Tina Kraft was named the overall winner and also took home the honor of Best Dish.
