Nearly 200 business and community leaders attended United Way of Martin County’s Live United Awards at the Kane Center.
Each year, United Way honors dedicated supporters for giving their time, talent and treasure at this annual event. This year, there were many reasons to celebrate with exciting news that United Way is on pace to exceed its 2015-16 goal of $2.7 million upon conclusion of the campaign on June 30. The event culminated with a tribute to United Way of Martin County President/CEO Jim Vojscik who is retiring this summer after 17 years leading the organization.
