Port St. Lucie’s real estate momentum is on full display at Wylder, just off I-95 at Midway Road. Celebrated for its nature-inspired setting and refreshingly Wyld energy, this 1,970-acre master-planned community is entering a milestone November with openings and events that showcase its evolving vision. This season, visitors can witness firsthand the fresh lifestyle being shaped on Florida’s Treasure Coast.
New Single-Family Models Unveiled
The season kicks off with Dream Finders Homes unveiling four single-family models at Brystol North on November 6, with special grand-opening incentives leading up to the event. Brystol North joins the already thriving Brystol South, expanding the combined neighborhoods to 27 floorplans priced from the $350,000s to $500,000-plus.
Attendees will be able to explore the amenities already enlivening the community. Brystol South features a lakeside amenity center with a beach-entry pool, pickleball courts, a dog park, and plenty of green spaces for families to play their way. Brystol North residents will soon enjoy their own lakeside clubhouse, fitness center, food truck court and social spaces, along with access to the outdoor amenities next door.
A New Golf Lifestyle Tees Off
Early November also brings the debut of Glynlea Country Club, Wylder’s gated golf neighborhood. Five new model homes by Perry Homes and Lennar will offer a first look at a collection of more than 30 single-family floorplans priced from the $400s to over $1 million.
The opening unveils the first-ever Jim Furyk Signature Course. Designed to challenge seasoned golfers while remaining welcoming to newcomers, the course is complemented by a Toptracer™ Aquatic Driving Range, a well-stocked Golf Shop, and the casual on-site food truck, Tee Box Grille. A planned 10-acre Club Campus will soon expand the experience with a fitness club, juice bar, spa, saunas, additional racquet courts, a resort-style pool with dedicated lap lanes, and dining at Fairways Tavern.
Resort-Style Amenities Arrive for the 55+ Neighborhood
On November 15, the active-adult neighborhood, K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Wylder, will open its Audubon Club. The amenity center is complete with a game room, fitness center, catering kitchen, two pools, a spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and a putting green. A Lifestyle Director will oversee classes and events designed to help neighbors make the most of the space. The neighborhood’s nine ranch-style floorplans plus a villa option start in the upper $300,000s, with five models open daily.
Townhomes Introduce a Low-Maintenance Option
Waverly, Wylder’s new townhome neighborhood by Ryan Homes, will also begin sales in early November. Designed with energy-efficient construction and low-maintenance layouts, these homes offer a comfortable and convenient option for homebuyers. The 36-acre site is surrounded by two lakes and preserved wetlands on three sides, and will feature its own dog park and tot lot for residents.
The Wyld Life Is Waiting – See It Yourself
This is only the start for Wylder. Planned miles of sidewalks and multi-use paths, along with a forthcoming 113-acre Wylder Park open to all St. Lucie County residents, will invite neighbors to explore beyond their doorsteps. The community has also donated land for future public amenities, including a high school, commercial district, and interactive art installation.
With more than ten model homes open daily – and eight more debuting throughout November – the Wyld lifestyle is already in full swing in Port St. Lucie. Wylder is located at 5925 NW Wylder Parkway, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987. Visitors can stop by daily to tour the model homes or register at LiveWylder.com for updates on the community’s continued progress.
