McKee Botanical Garden’s will celebrate the highly-anticipated return of the “12th Annual Motor Car Exhibition” on Saturday, February 12, from 10 am to 3 p.m. The event is sponsored by Wilmington Trust. This year’s show includes outstanding European cars like the 1958 Ferrari California Spyder, 1963 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint Speciale, and a powerful 1984 Ferrari BB 512i.
McKee’s unique garden setting takes the annual motor car exhibition to the next level and attracts visitors from across the area. The show is hosted by dedicated Car Show Committee members Dick Kesler, Bill Maule, Dave Prossick, Norman Ridgely, Chuck Roberts, Wayne Sandlin, John Schumann, Jr., and Jerry Weick.
In conjunction with the car show, visitors will be able to enjoy McKee’s new “Dinosaurs Around the World: The Great Outdoors Exhibition,” which is on display now through May 1. This showcase features 10 animatronic dinosaurs, including the mighty T. rex of North America; the bi-pedal predator Herrerasaurus, one of the first dinosaurs to appear on Earth; and the bizarre, bony-crested Oviraptor from Mongolia.

Parking will be available at either the garden or at McKee’s new off-site parking lot with shuttle buses available. The lot is located off of US Highway 1 at 146 Vista Royale Square, Vero Beach, FL 32962.
Admission is $15 for adults; $13 for seniors and guests ages 13-17 years; and $10 for children ages 12 and younger. McKee members and children under 2 are free. Advance tickets are available at the Garden’s Gift & Book Shop during regular business hours. For more information, call (772) 794-0601 or click here.
