National Farmers Day
On October 12, celebrate National Farmer’s Day by writing heartfelt thank-you notes to the farm team! Drop in from noon to 4 p.m. at the Harvest House to share gratitude and appreciation for the team.
Pumpkin Paint & Sip
Get ready for an autumn-inspired evening of creativity and fun at our Pumpkin Paint & Sip, hosted inside the Blue Barn October 16. Enjoy step-by-step painting instruction as you create your own pumpkin-themed masterpiece to take home. Complimentary refreshments will be provided, including seasonal sips and light bites to keep the creativity flowing. Registration is $35 for residents and $45 for non-residents.
Harvest Festival at Newfield Farm
Gather the family for a day of autumn fun at the Harvest Festival October 18, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Scenic hayrides, cider bar treats, fun games, a craft station, and more await. Stroll through the market featuring produce grown on the farm, baked goods, and handmade crafts. Live music will set the festive mood throughout the day.
Trick-Or-Trot Trail Run 5k
Lace up your running shoes for the inaugural Trick-Or-Trot 5K at the scenic Kiplinger Conservancy at Newfield, hosted by Mattamy Homes, October 25. This fun, non-technical trail run winds through wide dirt and grass paths surrounded by beautiful autumn views. Runners can look forward to age-group awards, spooky prizes, race swag, and festive treats. Costumes are encouraged!
Pumpkin Crafting Social
Get creative on October 28 during this fun-for-all-ages fall event! Newfield will supply a mini pumpkin, paint, glitter, crafting supplies, and plenty of festive cheer. Guests are also welcome to BYOP (bring your own pumpkin). Complimentary refreshments will be provided. The session is complimentary for residents and $5 for non-residents.
Spooktacular Trunk-Or-Treat & Movie Night
Celebrate Halloween and come dressed in your festive best for Trunk-or-Treating, a costume contest, spooky-themed games, and festive food booths offering tasty treats. Then, grab blankets and lawn chairs for an outdoor screening of Hotel Transylvania.
