Challenge yourself to go with a different flow this summer. Yogis of all abilities are welcome at Yoga in the Park at Jonathan Dickinson State Park in Hobe Sound. Held every Saturday through December 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., the hour-long class incorporates the energetic elements of Ashtanga and Vinyasa practices and is designed for all skill levels.
Instructor Vivian Carlo will help participants explore the connection between the body and breath under the pavilion overlooking the park. Guests are asked to bring their own yoga mats, water, and masks. Mats will be spaced six feet apart. Classes cost $10 in the form of donations to the instructor (cash or Venmo are welcomed) and regular park admission applies.
Friends of Jonathan Dickinson State Park and Club Scrub members get 12 free park entrances into the park annually with their membership card. Sign up to be a member here.
