9 Halloween Celebrations In The Stuart Area That Are Sure To Lift Your Spirits

Halloween is a fun time for the whole family, and luckily, there are plenty of celebrations to check out right here in the Stuart area. Get ready for candy, costumes and plenty of spooktacular fun. 

Here are nine events to have on your radar: 

Firefighter’s Fright Fest: Get spooked while donating to a good cause as all proceeds will benefit Hibiscus Children’s Center.

Oct. 22-24, 29-31, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Martin County Fairgrounds

 

Fall Festival at D & D Family Farms: Enjoy a day of family fun at D & D Farms. Admission includes free pumpkin pie, unlimited hay rides, a giant slide, playground and train rides.

Oct. 24, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Oct. 25, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Oct. 31, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; D & D Family Farms in Palm City

 

Spooktacular Car Show: Scope out your favorite Halloween ride at the Spooktacular Car show. There will be prizes for coolest cars, door prizes and live music.

Oct. 24, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Indian River County Fairgrounds and Expo Center

 

Hobgoblins: A day of free family fun is set to take place in Historic downtown Stuart. There will be a bounce house, face painting, arts & crafts and a parade.   

Oct. 24, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Historic Downtown Stuart, Riverwalk Stage

 

Creepy Creature Feature: This year’s theme is sharks, so get the kids hyped up for an educational and fun night.

Oct. 24, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; Hobe Sound Nature Center

 

Howlin’ River Boat Parade and Enchanted Forest: Watch the inaugural boat parade, and see all of the boats decked out for Halloween.

Oct. 24, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.; Veterans Park at Rivergate in Port St. Lucie 

 

BOOtanical Halloween Costume Party: Don your best Halloween dress to a day of family fun at the Port Saint Lucie Botanical Gardens

Oct. 25, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.; Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens

 

Hooray for Halloween: Learn about our spooky, spiny invertebrates in the Manatee Center’s touch tank, and pick a pumpkin to take home.

Oct. 28, 1:30 p.m., Oct. 31, 1:30 p.m.; Manatee Observation and Education Center in Fort Pierce 

 

Trunk-or-Treat: Fill your bags with plenty of treats at this fun festival hosted by the Martin County Sheriff's Office.

Oct. 31, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Martin County Sheriff's Office in Stuart
