Age-Restricted Gated Neighborhood Opens In Port St. Lucie With Resort Amenities

A new 55+ community has arrived in Port St. Lucie.

Cresswind at PGA Village Verano is an age-restricted neighborhood located within the already established PGA Village Verano.

Luxury amenities include three championship golf courses, the largest private pickleball center in South Florida (set to open winter 2019), a private pool and pool house for Cresswind residents and full access to PGA Village Verno’s 27,000-square-foot social clubhouse and 13,000-square-foot fitness center.

Additionally, residents have access to a resort-style pool, and indoor Junior Olympic pool and tennis, basketball and bocce ball courts.

The homes in Cresswind start in the mid $200s, and homebuyers can choose from four floor plans, exclusive to the neighborhood, as well as indoor and outdoor personalization options from the KOLTER design gallery.

Homes range from two- to three-bedroom single family homes with open gourmet kitchens, expansive master baths and covered lanais. All plans are also available with a “bonus room” version.
