The Hobe Sound Stroll & ArtWalk Returns Nov. 14 For Another Season Of Fun
Hobe Sound’s downtown district has recently added quite a few local businesses like Chez Bim's and the Painted Pineapple, and now you can explore them all during the Hobe Sound Stroll and ArtWalk.
The season-long affair is back this year with live music, DJs, food vendors, crafts and more. The kickoff event takes place Nov. 14.
During the strolls—which typically take place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on the second Saturday of each month—residents can visit restaurants and enjoy special offerings at stores. There will even be a face-painter for the little ones and a tarot card reader for the older guests.
Participating shops include Taste Restaurant, Sea Urchin, Juno Shoe Girl, Painted Pineapple and more.
The fun all starts at 11750 SE Dixie Highway and continues until along both Mars and Apollo streets.
This is the second consecutive year that the Hobe Sound ArtWalk will be taking place. The event began in 2004 and ran until 2008 until the recession hit and local boutiques began to shut down. Last year, Hobe Sound Stroll & Artwalk was brought back, and you can expect to see 50 to 200 of your Hobe Sound neighbors in attendance at any given event.
The schedule is as follows:
Saturday, Nov. 14 - 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 5 - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 9 - 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
