Peter W. Busch Set To Be The Keynote Speaker At This Year’s Treasure Coast Business Summit

Looking to make professional connections? Head to the 10th Annual Treasure Coast Business Summit on May 17, to network with other business professionals and to learn vital information on how to thrive in a competitive market. 

Held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center, the event will begin with WPBF TV 25 news anchor Felicia Rodriquez offering opening remarks, presenting the Dyer Difference Award and introducing the keynote speaker. 

Peter W. Busch will be this year’s keynote speaker. He is the owner of Southern Eagle Distributing and will share his family story and the influence his father had on the repeal of prohibition. Southern Distributing has been located in Fort Pierce since 1984. 

The Treasure Coast Business Summit will also feature afternoon breakout sessions with FPL business analyst Mary Dempsey on-site to walk attendees through FPL’s analytical business tools. weVENTURE is also included in the breakout session lineup. weVENTURE offers a business coaching program to assist business owners. The Florida Virtual Entrepreneurial Center will round out the sessions.

The expo floor will feature over 120 businesses to showcase their wares and services. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn about current job opportunities and establish relationships.
