Stuart Main Street’s Networking Breakfast To Focus On Hurricane Recovery Resources

As Hurricane Irma lingers on many minds in Martin County, two questions remain: how will the community completely recover from the storm and how can it prepare for future hurricanes?

Stuart Main Street wants to help answer those questions at its next bi-monthly networking breakfast, “Mornings on Main Street.” The event will be held at The Lyric Theatre on Sept. 28, beginning at 8 a.m.

Anyone who is interested in shaping the future of Downtown Stuart is welcome to attend the breakfast, which will focus on hurricane recovery resources such as small business assistance programs, help for restaurants and hotels and marketing downtown to tourists and others after a hurricane.

“Mornings on Main Street” is a bi-monthly, free networking event held on the fourth Thursday of January, March, May, July and September and third Thursday in November. The events focus on Downtown Stuart with information on current topics for like-minded people who share a concern for the area.

For more information on the upcoming breakfast, call 772.286.2848.
