Located in Stuart since 1993, Rubin & Rubin is defined by a singular ethos: showing up prepared and doing the work required to win. Tracing its roots to legendary attorney Ellis Rubin, the firm carries a legacy of courtroom-ready advocacy into the modern era.
Guy Rubin leads with 38 years of trial experience. Handling high-stakes wrongful death and business litigation matters, he has secured multiple seven- and eight-figure results, including a recent $15 million civil rights verdict. That success reflects the firm’s disciplined approach: investigate early, build strong evidentiary support, and prepare every case as if trial is inevitable.
The firm’s strength lies in its powerhouse team. Todd Norbraten anchors the injury practice, advocating for victims of negligence in complex crashes, medical malpractice, and discrimination cases. Paul M. Aloise Jr., a former felony prosecutor and Martin County High graduate, brings a competitive edge to criminal defense and leads the Sports & Entertainment Law division as an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor.
