The Martin Artisans Guild will celebrate its new permanent gallery and artisan boutique location in Harbour Bay Plaza with a grand opening and exhibition debut on Thursday, July 2, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Guests will be treated to light refreshments, a cash bar, andmusic. The event is open to the public.
The Martin Artisans Guild will mark the permanent gallery space with a summer exhibition on view through August 28. The local arts organization began exhibiting in The Palm Room in Harbour Bay Plaza in November of 2019. Since then, the guild has hosted new art exhibitions every month (every two months during the summer) to showcase the talents of member artists. Visitors are welcome to drop by the exhibition Tuesday to Saturday, from 12 to 6 p.m.
The summer exhibition’s featured artists include: Angela Krogen, Barbara Bucci, Carolyn Walsh, Charlie Coté, Craig Dietrich, Curt Whiticar Collection, Diana Rell Dean, Dinija Berkien, Dot Galfond, Ed Douglas, Eduardo Gomez, James J. DeMartis Collection, Jane Lawton Baldridge, Jeanine Baum, Lynn Morgan, and Sue Klahne.
The gallery is located at 3746 SE Ocean Blvd, Sewall’s Point in Harbour Bay Plaza, at the east end of the Plaza, near Stringers Tavern & Oyster Bar.
