Martin County
Organized by the Marine Industries Association of the Treasure Coast (MIATC) and slated to set float December 6 at 6 p.m., the Martin County Christmas Boat Parade begins at the inlet near Sandsprit Park and loops counterclockwise through Manatee Pocket. The parade then heads up the St. Lucie River and ends at the downtown Stuart docks for a grand finale. “We are hoping to have 50 boats this year,” says Lauren DeLuca, chair of this year’s event. “It is exciting to bring the holiday spirit to the community. Everybody enjoys seeing the boats lit up and kicking off the holiday season.”
