I always say I have two personas: Sporty Spice and Posh Spice. During the day, you can find me in activewear, embracing my love for fitness and staying active. However, in the evening, I love transforming into a glamorous version of myself, dressing up and accessorizing for a night out. This dual style allows me to express my versatility and creativity.
Summer Shopping List
Every summer, I make it a point to pick out a new fragrance. It’s become a special ritual for me, a way to set the mood for the season. I love how a scent can evoke memories, so each summer’s fragrance becomes a reminder of that particular time.
Go-to Outfit
A pair of sleek black trousers paired with a light-textured black or white shirt—simple yet chic. This versatile combination is perfect for both casual and more formal occasions.
Beauty Must-Haves
I believe beauty is about enhancing your best assets and beautiful skin. My must-haves include a flawless foundation, which for me is Luka Cosmetics Velvet Perfector Cream to Powder Foundation. I like lining my lips with a nude lip liner to enhance them in a natural way, and I also always recommend layering your mascara to make your eyes look big and bright. For fragrance, I love all of Acqua di Parma’s Blu Mediterraneo fragrances—there’s nothing prettier than smelling nice.

My staples include Luka Cosmetics Chamomile & Aloe Cleanser, which effortlessly removes makeup, and Ultra Glow Vitamin C & Hyaluronic Acid Serum for radiant, glowing skin. I also carry a hydrating rosewater spray to refresh my skin throughout the day, and my favorite sunscreen is La Roche- Posay’s Anthelios Mineral Sunscreen.

A luxurious spa day at The Breakers that would include a rejuvenating facial, a soothing massage, time in the steam and sauna, and a leisurely lunch by the pool overlooking the ocean.
Top Local Spots
As a Jupiter resident, I enjoy dining at Ara and Cafe des Artistes. I also love savoring raw oysters at Lucky Shuck, with the most beautiful view of the Jupiter Inlet. After date night, I like to stop by Rembar for a beautiful glass of wine.
Ritual to Unwind
My evening ritual includes a castor oil pack, gua sha, and meditation. These practices help me relax, rejuvenate, and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
