Friday Night Farm Jam

On August 7, spend an evening enjoying live, outdoor music amongst the beautiful backdrop of Newfield Farm. Play yard games and savor bites from food trucks. Guests are invited to bring their own cooler and come enjoy the sights and sounds together.

Coffee With the Farm Team

Start the morning with Coffee with the Farm Team August 8, a monthly gathering where community members can connect with the farmers and learn about the latest happenings on the farm. Enjoy a cup of coffee while hearing updates on The Barn, the CSA program, future community farm plots, and upcoming educational farm programming.

Field Day: Back to School Bash

Also on August 8, families can celebrate the end of summer at the Back-to-School Barnyard Bash. Guests will enjoy free snow cones and face painting, family-friendly games and activities, a back-to-school photo opportunity, farmyard races, and the Game Barn, a mobile gaming truck filled with nonstop video game fun. Lunch and snacks will be available for purchase.

Harvest House Sip & Shop: Buen Provecho Edition

On August 20, guests can browse the curated collection while enjoying complimentary wine. The evening’s featured vendor, Buen Provecho, will be on-site with a seasoning demonstration, just in time for summer grill-outs. Guests are encouraged to bring a friend, enjoy a glass of wine, and make an evening of it.

Farm Class: Planting Your Fall Garden

South Florida’s best vegetable growing season is almost here. On August 22, learn what to plant, when to start seeds, how to prepare your garden beds, and tips for creating a productive fall garden. This session is geared toward new and experienced gardeners. Tickets are $5 per person.
