The Big Taste of Martin County, presented by Publix Super Markets Charities, returns to Atlantic Aviation (2501 SE Aviation Way) in Stuart on October 10, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The annual fundraising event for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach & Martin Counties promises to be bigger than ever.

Guests will enjoy bites by local restaurants, pours by craft breweries, and samples of spirits. In addition to the treats, attendees can purchase VIP tables for four people, including early access to the event beginning at 5 p.m., a goodie bag, and extra raffle tickets. VIP tables are limited, so advance purchase is encouraged. This exclusive VIP event will include tastings from Hudson’s on the River, a silent auction, and people’s choice voting process for favorite menu items from area restaurants.

Participating local breweries include Sailfish Brewing Co., Noxx & Dunn, Motorworks Brewing Co., and more. Participating restaurants include Ellie’s Downtown Deli, Culver’s of Stuart, Berry Fresh, Stringers Tavern & Oyster Bar, and Cochõn Cafe, to name a few.

The online auction will be open October 3-10 and will include incredible items and experiences, like tickets to Kennedy Space Center and a seven-night getaway to the Caribbean courtesy of Elite Island Resorts.

In addition to proceeds from the event, the Doris M. Carter Family Foundation will partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach & Martin Counties for a $15,000 Matching Gift Campaign. The public is invited to help Big Brothers Big Sisters raise $15,000 to gain the additional $15,000. The goal is to raise the first $15,000 by October 10.

General admission tickets before the event are $70 and $85 at the door. VIP tables are $500. Tickets are available at mentorbig.org.
