James Sullivan, executive director of Florida Atlantic University’s Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, is one of five appointees to the state’s new Blue-Green Algae Task Force, an entity that will focus on supporting restoration initiatives for reducing nutrients in Lake Okeechobee.
