Save Room for Dessert at Hudson’s on the River

Hudson’s on the River takes coconut cream pie apart—and has a little fun putting it back together. Its creative, crust-free spin scatters silky coconut cream, almond crumble, and whipped cream across the plate, then lands a scoop of graham cracker ice cream in the middle. Prefer your sweets on the darker side? Mama’s Chocolate Flan, topped with strawberries and a dramatic shard of milk chocolate (pictured at the back), makes a very tempting Plan B.
