Farm Jam: Boots, Bites, & Brews
On May 1, enjoy an evening of country fun, live music from The Heidi Merrill Band, and cookout favorites by Executive Chef Taylor Wilson. Kick things off with line dancing at 5 p.m., then guests can enjoy riding the mechanical bull and other family-friendly activities throughout.
Derby Day at the Farm
Newfield will host a family-friendly Kentucky Derby celebration May 2, from 1 to 4 p.m. Snap a photo at the Harvest House, enter the Derby hat contest, and enjoy a complimentary Derby-themed mocktail just for participating. With yard games and festive activities, it’s a fun-filled afternoon for all ages to celebrate with friends and family.
Cinco de Mayo Game Night: Music Bingo
Get ready for a Cinco de Mayo edition of Music Bingo Night at The Barn from 7 to 9 p.m. A night of great tunes, good vibes, and friendly competition, sing along to hits while marking off bingo cards, and compete for fun prizes. Enjoy free snacks and refreshments, grab a bite from Top Tier Taco Truck, or bring your own beverages.
Hike with Goats
Enjoy a guided hike along scenic trails with friendly goats, led by Harmony Hope Stables, while learning fun facts about their habits and role in sustainable farming on May 7. This interactive experience is for all ages. Tickets are $20 for residents and $25 for non-residents.
Mother’s Day Floral Purse Workshop

Shop local every third Saturday of the month at The Market at Newfield Farm. Returning May 16, peruse local vendors, fresh food, live music, fun for the kids, and delicious food trucks.
Harmony in Nature: Sound Bath Experience
Celestial Sounds Healing will host a relaxing sound experience May 19. Surrounded by nature at the South Trailhead Pavilion, guests will be guided into a state of calm as the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments gently wash over them. Tickets are $5.
Kids Farm Class: World Bee Day
Little explorers will create a bee-inspired craft, tour the farm to spot blooms, and learn how bees help gardens and the environment thrive May 20, from 4 to 5 p.m. Tickets are $5.
Simply Rooted: From Seed to Bloom
On May 23, join Newfield for a flower growing class. Learn the full journey from seed to bloom, including selecting varieties for South Florida, growing healthy flowers, and creating beautiful arrangements. Each participant will harvest and design a personal bouquet to take home. Tickets are $5.
KC Trails Scavenger Hunt
KC Trails will set the scene for a scavenger hunt adventure May 29. Explore the trails as clues lead the way, compete with others, and take on a fun outdoor challenge. Register to receive a trail map and instructions for a chance to win a scavenger hunt keepsake.
