Kai-Kai Farm in Indiantown (8006 Southwest Kanner Highway) will host a farm-to-table dinner featuring the culinary talents of chefs Jimmy Everett and Tommy Coombs from Driftwood in Boynton Beach on December 1, from 4 to 9 p.m.
Guests will indulge in a thoughtfully crafted five-course menu, highlighting exceptional flavors and techniques, and seasonal produce from Kai-Kai Farm.
Start the evening with a guided tour of Kai-Kai Farm’s lush fields to discover the sustainable practices behind the meal. Guests will then savor Kai-Kai crudités, local fish crudo, harissa-roasted Kai-Kai eggplant, smoked Quincey cattle short ribs, and an ice cream sandwich, all featuring locally sourced ingredients.
Live music by Carla Holbrook will add to the ambiance. Tickets are $150 per person and are available at kaikaifarm.com.
