Flavor South Florida is launching a podcast that gives a whole new meaning to the phrase “food for thought.” Starting July 9, Forking Around with Flavor South Florida, hosted by Flavor South Florida CEO Kerri Paizzi, will present the latest dining trends, chef stories, and more.

Through interviews and behind-the-scenes insights, Paizzi will connect with chefs, food influencers, and hospitality professionals to explore what’s trending, what’s working, and what’s next in the world of food.

Episodes will highlight voices across the culinary landscape who are shaping the food and hospitality scene. Topics will include restaurant culture and industry trends; chef stories and culinary journeys; food media and content creation; hospitality insights and business growth; and local flavors and emerging hot spots.

Forking Around‘s premier season will feature an array of celebrity chefs and culinary innovators and influencers, including David Burke of Seahawk Prime; Jeremy Ford of The Butcher’s Club; The Palm Beach Post’s food and dining reporter, Diana Beiderman; radio personality, foodie, and co-host of The KVJ Show, Virginia Sinicki; and restaurant entrepreneur Scott Frielich, owner of Blackbird Modern Asian, DaDa, and Papichulo.

The first episode will feature Flavor Palm Beach founder Briana Beaty, who pioneered the popular restaurant month now known as Flavor South Florida.
