At Circa69 in Jensen Beach, Chef Paul Niedermann, winner of Hell’s Kitchen Season 9, is dishing a rotating Summer of ’69 dining series inspired by seasonal flavors and the restaurant’s nostalgic coastal personality.

The current menu, Mango Madness, celebrates the tail end of South Florida’s mango season, and will be available through August 29. Diners will enjoy the taste of perfectly ripe mango from the first course through dessert. The $49 menu features mango panzanella salad with grilled focaccia and burrata; blackened snapper with coconut rice and mango salsa; and mango vanilla crème brûlée.
